Sandalwood Park is operated by Sandalwood Park Homeowners, Inc., a cooperative association incorporated as a not-for-profit entity under the laws of the State of Florida. The Association acquired the property on December 23, 1996, and is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and long-term care of the community in accordance with Florida Statutes and the park’s governing documents.

Under this cooperative structure, the Association owns all park assets. Residents may purchase a membership certificate, which provides a proprietary leasehold interest. This grants the right to use a designated lot rent-free and includes an undivided interest in the community’s shared assets. This ownership model encourages long-term stability, shared responsibility, and a strong sense of community pride.

HOA Maintenance Fees & Services

Residents pay a HOA quarterly maintenance fee of $505, which includes:
